In 2017, Jessica founded a mobile medical clinic called Direct Health Solutions. The mission of this company is to provide necessary medical care for vulnerable people who have trouble getting to the traditional clinic. With 30-60 minute-long appointments, it address the needs of those with physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. In 2018, Jessica was recognized as a Woman of Inspiration for her clinic's positive impact in the community. When Jessica is not at the clinic or providing house calls, you may find her teaching nursing students at Mount Royal University, volunteering for a local charity, travelling the world with her husband, or walking her wheaten terrier dog named Fonzie. |
