Dear patients:

First and foremost, we sincerely hope that this message finds you well and in good health. The pandemic has been a difficult and demanding situation to navigate for everyone.

As many of you are aware, Stage 3 Alberta's Open for Summer Plan will lift many restrictions in most public indoor settings. However, NO changes have yet been implemented in regards to all medical/health-related facilities. Therefore, there will not be changes to any of the protocols at our clinic, including mandatory mask-wearing. Thank for your attention to this matter and have a happy and healthy summer!

To book an appointment, please call or email the clinic at your convenience. Please DO NOT SHOW UP TO THE CLINIC without first calling as we are by appointment only. If you need to purchase supplements or equipment please call and we will process payment over the phone.  We will do our best to ensure you are booked as soon as possible and to answer any questions you may have regarding our new safety policies. WE DO NOT AND CANNOT HAVE A WAITING ROOM DUE TO COVID-19. Please plan accordingly (especially in cold weather) as we will be requesting you to WAIT OUTSIDE until we have a clean and available room for you.

Regulated health services, including physical therapists, chiropractors, massage therapy and acupuncturists, can remain open by appointment only as long as public health orders and sector guidance is followed. Our business is open by appointment only and we are not permitted to offer walk-in services per restrictions put in place by the Alberta Government. Appointments should be limited to one-on-one services.

To meet our commitment to patient safety, we have changed some of our procedures at our clinic, including:
  1. Increased sanitation and cleaning of the clinic and treatment rooms between patients.
  2. Pre-screening patients before they enter our clinic.
  3. Timing patient visits to allow for physical distancing and removing the seated waiting area.
  4. The mandatory wearing of masks by everyone in the clinic. If you do not have a mask, we will gladly provide you with one at cost. As well, all clinic staff will be wearing medical scrubs.

If you or anyone in your household have experienced a fever, a new or changed chronic cough, a sore throat, runny nose, nasal congestion, shortness of breath, or a loss of taste and/or smell that is not related to a known or pre-existing condition or have travelled internationally within the last 14 days, please let us know and do not come to the clinic. We will advise you to either call 811 or go online to and do the self assessment.  We will need to reschedule your appointment to ensure all parties involved are following protocol safely.
